Monday:            9:30am - 5:00pm,

Tuesday:           9:30am - 9:00pm,

Wednesday:     9:30am - 5:00pm,

Thursday:          9:30am - 9:00pm,

Friday:               9:30am - 5:00pm.  

 

Sessions are 50 minutes in duration.  

 

All sessions are by appointment only.

 

PAYMENT

 

I am currently an in-network provider for Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Midland's Choice, Aetna, Tricare / Triwest, First Health Network, and Coventry Health Care National Network, & MHNet.

 

I help clients with their insurance companies as much as I can, but it is vital that anyone who wishes to use their health insurance first contacts their insurance company and confirms that they have current mental health benefits for outpatient office visits.  Please check your co-pay amount and whether you have a deductible, as well as if there are any requirements for pre-authorization etc.  You will be required to fill out this information in the initial paperwork.

 

I understand that clients often have high deductables and copays or simply do not want to use their health insurance for therapy.  I welcome those clients that wish to self-pay for therapy and make every effort to accommodate their needs.
